From Christmas parties in our beautiful private rooms to spontaneous drinks by the fire, we’re worth making the trip for. Come hungry, bring your favourite people and stay a while, winter views looks pretty good from here.
Winter is when proper pub food comes into its own. Our kitchen serves fresh, seasonal British dishes made for colder days, from comforting pub classics and changing specials to hearty plates worth making the riverside journey for.
And then there are Sundays. Take a crisp walk along the Thames before coming inside for golden roast potatoes, giant Yorkshires, seasonal veg, rich gravy and beautifully cooked meats.

Winter gives us plenty of excuses to head to the pub. Expect a calendar filled with seasonal celebrations, Autumn Nations rugby, Christmas events, festive gatherings and cosy Sundays by the river.
Our bar is fully stocked for winter with perfectly poured beers and ales, rich red wines, bottles of bubbles and darker spirits made for slow sipping. Our winter cocktail menu is packed with seasonal serves for those evenings when a pint just won’t do. And for the morning-after-the-night-before (or simply because it’s Sunday) you can’t go wrong with one of our Bloody Marys.
Muddy paws are very welcome here. After a winter walk along the Thames, bring your four-legged friend inside to warm up while you settle down with a pint or something to eat. With water bowls, treats and plenty of fuss from the team, dogs are very much part of pub life in our pub.

Book ahead for England matches (as we tend to get busy), and if you didn’t book ahead, come down and grab a walk-in table (first come, first served).

Our nearest listed stations are Ravenscourt Park, approximately 0.6 miles away, and Hammersmith, approximately 0.8 miles away. We recommend allowing a little extra time for the walk, once you reach the Thames, the riverside route is all part of the experience.
